Chlorine dioxide generation system is widely used in various domestic water places, restaurants, hospitals, hotels, factories and other industries that need to be disinfected and sterilized. Before installation, the following conditions should be met:
1.Chlorine dioxide generation system is equipped with 220V, 10A, 50Hz ac power supply, and 1-2 three-wire sockets, and indoor lighting facilities should be provided;
2.Considering that chlorine dioxide, sodium chlorate and hydrochloric acid are highly corrosive,
chlorine dioxide generation system should be equipped with a separate studio to avoid installation in the same room with other equipment;
3.The ground of chlorine dioxide generator workshop shall be covered with acid-proof tiles and equipped with water source and drainage ditch for flushing;
4.Chlorine dioxide generator shall be installed in the location of the interior to avoid direct sunlight and the environment temperature should be between 15 ~ 35 ℃;
5.Indoor should have power source, pipe diameter DN 25mm, conventional power hydraulic pressure should be 0.2 ~ 0.4Mpa;
6. A exhaust fan should be installed at the lower part of the room in the same direction as the chlorine dioxide generator to keep the room well ventilated;
